Job owner and responsible for building offers, tracking hotel pacing, marketing product operations problem solver, and providing all departments with instructions, how-to guides, and matrices. 

● Ownership and development of marketing campaigns based on reinvestment strategy tied back to a loyalty database
● Developing a structure and process with outside vendors for recurring campaigns along with execution through marketing product systems 
● Creating copy, assets, matrices, and other documentation for outside marketing partners/vendors
● Offer/Campaign building in OCM, Konami, NRT kiosks/portals with ownership from strategizing to product execution

Job owner of campaign management (100 ongoing) from ideation to execution. Worked with multiple stakeholders for collaborative decision making in dynamic hospitality conditions. 

Contributed to over 500 million in revenue through reinvestment offers and promotions leveraging a 55 million guest database.

Contributed to over $400 million in Gross Gaming Revenues through well planned strategic marketing efforts.

Executed a cost savings initiative that yielded increased profit and provided higher perceived value and customer benefit. 

Hold the ability to support a complex job from start to finish with moderate guidance from management on framework and execution.

Ensure that 50-100 ongoing projects are consistently well-structured, logical and easy to understand for all parties. 

Make agendas and facilitate calls with over 20 people from all marketing departments with the focus of getting outstanding items finalized for the marketing campaign to flow and reach on time drop dates. 

Support regional marketing team Vice-President, Director and Manager in coordinating the development of monthly Marketing strategy for regional properties, including:

● Drafting monthly calendars of on-property marketing activities and offer matrices

● Managing and organizing up to 6 months of calendar events and promotions 
● Coordinating with marketing analytics to develop revenue builds and update calendars/matrices to meet budget targets

● Tracking inputs and feedback from other marketing functions on calendar plans

● Coordinating with on-site marketing team to track execution of marketing activities and ensuring all execution issues resolved

● Took the lead on Horseshoe Hammond’s multicultural media 
-including project managing creative for print ads, out of home billboards, digital ads for Facebook, instagram, Sito banner ads and WeChat.

● Utilize my interpersonal culture champion skills to foster relationships with partners from the casino property, direct marketing, analytics, vendors and media and advertising.

Regional Marketing Strategy Specialist - Chicago/Iowa Market - Horseshoe Hammond

Project managed 15 monthly direct marketing campaigns to valued customer segments through email, hard mail, internet, and mobile channels. My focus was on database marketing consisting of running data queries to populate the targeted segments along with creative elements that are correlated to marketing message. 

The programs I use included: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Unica, Experience one (E1), Adobe, Cognos and Salesforce. 

Maximized standard mail delivery above 95%, met savings goal of 5%, consistently made 100% on time drop dates while saving the Las Vegas market 20% on campaign expenses by using forward thinking solutions. 

Also, I utilized my personality to help be a linchpin that creates an infectious positive culture.

Marketing Campaign Associate - Las Vegas Market

Brand ambassador through Food and Beverage service. Passionately connected with Caesars Entertainment’s loyalty guests by providing experiential value with the goal of driving another trip.

I’ve contributed my passionate efforts to outlets at the Harrahs Las Vegas property. The first restaurant included the high volume Caesars Entertainment branded and celebrity chef inspired Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers. (KGB) I opened and closed this restaurant in its 5 year run. My experience at this outlet showed me the life cycle of the gourmet burger trend, how to navigate through POS system changes, the importance of building relationships through turnover, enhanced communication of the value proposition for specials and menu changes and executing no matter what daily hurdles were encountered.

After the closure of KGB, I ascended into the nostalgic fine dining brand known as Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The brand recognition brought in guests from all over the world. Delivering the high level guest service was a key success factor in my development. Creating a memorable atmosphere while communicating the differentiated value of quality, service and history was a nightly goal and achievement. 

Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse helped me to have a pulse on food and beverage in the casino entertainment business. I’ve also opened a few other restaurants on the strip and at high end Summerlin locations.
