As a Client Manager, I was the day to day contact for Benefit Administrators, carriers, and brokers.

I recruited, trained, and led an organization of over 70 college students in a direct sales, straight-commission, role of selling educational books door-to-door during their summer break.

Responsible for planning and facilitating over 100 training seminars on advanced selling and management skills. I wrote numerous sales scripts, email templates, and created other sales and recruiting training materials used by sales representatives and corporate recruiters.

Developed and maintained recruiting relationships with career centers throughout the country and conducted over 1,000 group presentations on those college campuses

Can we normalize movement over happy hours?

This morning is a glimpse into where I think the employee benefit market is moving. 

So many people I know are tired of bad black coffee, half-stale danishes, and stuffing themselves into a conference room for a vendor presentation. 

It’s been overdone.

So instead of another “coffee”, Adrian Robison, CEBS and I met at 6:00a for a run around Denver. 

Let’s make this the new normal. Instead of breaking bread, let’s break a sweat. Who’s in?
