I leverage my MBA and 20+ years of experience in sales and operations to identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, as well as to coach and lead a dynamic team of channel sales executives.

My mission is to help partners and customers achieve their goals and optimize their customer experience through Nextiva's innovative and scalable CX solutions. I have a proven track record of success in new business development, channel sales, strategic partnerships, and executive account management, working with industry leaders such as Birdeye, Uberall, and ReachLocal. I am passionate about digital marketing, customer relationship management, and CX transformation.
