Hi, I'm Zach I call myself an Industrial Solopreneur because the most important lesson I've learned throughout my career in industrial sales and business development to take ownership of your territory and community by having an entrepreneurial spirit. It doesn't matter if you're covering multiple states, or a single county you need to know what's going on in and around you at all times. Taking ownership of your community puts you in the right mindset to ensure success whether you're working on your own or on a team. It's easier than it used to be with the adoption of social media.
