Major Account Executive (Sales and Service Account Consultant) 

Arthrex

Sold Arthrex Orthopedic Surgical devices to surgeons and facility managers in the hospital and surgery center settings while attending surgical cases, providing technical support to the surgeon & OR staff, and holding educational cadaver labs for attending, resident, and fellowship surgeons.

•	   Sales efforts created a track to obtain quota for FY ’17,’18, and ’19, Leading to a nomination for “Top Gun Training” offered to the top 5% of Territory Representatives nationally.
•	   Sales efforts over two years helped grow greater Boston territory from $1.4 million to $2.0 million (exceeding the 20% growth per year quota).
•	Successfully implemented resident cadaver labs at Mass General and Tufts, resulting in $80k of revenue in Q1 of 2015.
•	Managed the most extensive consigned product inventory in New England with 0% waste. 
•	Sales success prompted the transition to open the newly acquired Hartford Territory.
•	Converted 4 surgeons in Hartford territory from competitive food products in 5 months. 
•	Developed an order tracking and delivery system that cut shipping costs by 50% versus the previous fiscal year and eliminated lost inventory.
