 Managing the remittances, payroll, cheques and financial payments

 Manage day-to-day teams to ensure quality and productivity 
standards and requirements are met and achieved.
 Ensure complying with Aml instructions in all transactions related to 
(clearing and payments) department.
 Utilize a data / fact driven approach to identify root cause and create 
innovative solutions to improve processes.
 Check daily reports issued by used systems to ensure of transactions 
correctness.
 Introducing fresh Thinking by enhancing current processes and 
planning.
 Check all inquiries and complains received from call center, helpdesk 
and compliance .
 Ensure that correct rates are applied during the conversation process 
of currencies as per the rate sheet provided by the treasury 
department.
 Ensure that all the filing of the department is completed every day 
and all the cases are filled & transferred to the central archives every 
3 Months.
 Review outward remittance request for completeness 
 Ensure amount is within the threshold defined by 
Compliance/central.
 Supervision on Input/ check the detail in the system.
 Supervision on Prepare/ Authorize SWIFT massage. 
 Supervision on Filing the related documents in the date wise and 
branch wise order. 
 Monitoring the Clearing routine activities.
 Following up that all collection items are sent on the same day 
without any delay.
 Supervision on all ECC and PDC transactions.
 Process any transactions belong to retail operations department.
 Follow up all issue in department and solve it in right way.
 Good knowledge of ACH transfer and program related with it.
 Provide a lot of opportunity to upgrade system and maximize the 
usage of all core bank function.
 Manage change initiatives in collaboration with key business 
partners including tec, project management, risk and finance.
 Knowledge of swift massages MT or MX type.
