Job role involves following responsibilities

•	Designing on the BOQ as per the customer requirement.
•	Co-coordinating with the vendors to in designing the BOQ.
•	Installation and configuration of the Systems as per the Project.
•	Installation of IP-Office (Avaya).
•	Maintenance and troubleshooting of Avaya 500V2 IP-Office.
•	Co-ordinate with all the clients to fulfill the IT requirement.
•	Working closely with customer to meet SLA.
•	Responsible for all new project implementations and completion as per the time frame.
•	Responsible for all the Schedule Changes as per the Change Management Process and track for completion.
•	Installation of Linux and Windows system.
•	User Addition and Deletion in Avaya IP-office.
•	Hardware upgrade of the Avaya IP-office.


Project Profile

•	Installation of Radius server for the Billing System at Zajil.
•	Installation of SugarCrm server for the Webportal at Zajil.
•	Installation of Avaya IP-office at UIC, Configuring IP-telephony user as per the customer requirement.
•	Hardware upgrade of the Avaya IP-office at Las-palmas, Configuration of Sip Trunks as per the customer requirement.

System Engineer / Pre-sales Engineer

•	Good Working Knowledge of IBM and HP Systems and Storage.
•	SAN Switch Configuration for Storage.
•	Good working knowledge of VMware.
•	Microsoft Exchange 2013 Administrator.
•	Designing on the BOQ as per the customer requirement.
•	Co-coordinating with the vendors to in designing the BOQ.
•	Installation and configuration of the Systems as per the Project.
•	Installation and Management of Avaya IP-office.
•	Installation of Storage Devices IBM & HP.
•	Managing Microsoft Exchange 2013 servers and users.
•	Managing Veeam Backup and Replication Suite. 
•	Managing Infrastructure of Datacenter with Servers and Storages (IBM, HP, CISCO Servers, Netapp).
•	Co-ordinate for installation of New Hardware.
•	Prepare reports for submission to management.
•	Installation and Maintenance of Linux Systems.
•	MySQL Database Management for Sugarcrm Application.
•	Managing a team of 3 Engineers, scheduling activities as per the project
•	Diagnosing & resolving system hardware and other technical issues for IBM, HP & Cisco servers.
•	Diagnosing & resolving issues for IBM, HP & NetApp storage systems.
•	Diagnosing & resolving issues for Microsoft Exchange systems & Active Directory.
