Job Summary:
•	Payment Gateway, Merchant services, Fraud & Risk Management, Transaction laundering, Merchant & customer transaction monitoring, Data Analytics, Anti-fraud module, Transaction Limit enhancement, MIDs Suspension & Termination, PEP MIDs monitoring, Transaction reports, maintain a negative list of fraudulent & suspicious transactions.
•	Handling queries related to transactions “internal/external” processing and fixes require “wherever applicable” for technical/ non-technical failures & liaising with different stakeholders (Product Management, Finance, Sales, Onboarding, Refund & Chargeback, IT, Customer service, Merchants, Banks & Acquirers).
•	Anti-fraud rule management on the system and merchant level by providing analytical data to support decisions.
•	Data analytics - Interpreting and analyzing huge data into an organized format using statistical techniques to evaluate the fraud pattern & attempts, revenue loss, potential fraud, legitimacy of the accepted transactions, and sales volume, rejection, and acceptance. 
•	Reporting - (Sales volumes & count, Transaction declines, PEP MIDs performance, Fraud & CB Report, Merchant transaction Limit Exceeded and rejection, High-risk merchants, Monitor & maintain Fraud & CB threshold based on the scheme guidelines. 
•	Monitoring merchants’ portfolio website and transaction activities through G2 Persistent merchant monitoring tool and World check one platform for any violation and inappropriate content.

Worked as a Business Analyst. Prepare and maintain operational reports that are shared with the project team, along with reports for the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. Based on the output of the reports, develop procedures and work instructions to cater for the MNMI project along with solutions for problems identified.  Manage the resumption, suspension and the deactivation process of customer’s mobile number and also develop measures to retain revenue customers. Monitor electronic data for incorrect documents and possible fraud in order to prevent document fraud occurrence in future. Maintaining a regular follow-up with other functional areas including marketing and communications, network operation teams, retail, consumer customer care, IT application support and 3rd party vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. 
Billing Consumer Team 									                  (May 11 – Dec 13)
Worked as a billing and payment Analyst in solving billing issues and provide support to offshore teams (India & Egypt). Monitor credit and charges applied to customer’s account by offshore partners and internal teams. Identify any fraudulent activity in customer’s account or payment. Tracking of missing payments and reconcile them against various records to ensure the customer’s balance is accurate. Coordinating with Revenue Assurance team for any billing related issue which causes leakage of revenue to the company . Ensure timely management, resolution and administration of billing and payment related trouble tickets (non-resolved customer enquiries related to prepaid, post-paid and fixed line by assuming overall ownership including opening, managing, closing the TT and updating customer feedback (through telephone or emails).
