Technical Project Manager, Cybersecurity Enthusiast, Marine Corps Veteran, Jiu-Jitsu Practitioner. The full intro: I'm a Technical Project Manager & have approximately 7+ years of PM experience between my time leading/executing projects in the traditional corporate sense & military (Marine Corps). I have a MSIS Cybersecurity & BBA Management Information Systems. Currently, I manage IT projects at Cox Communications & am the lead PM for Metro Routers West (includes all of California, Arizona & Las Vegas markets). I work cross-functionally with Field Engineering & Operations (FE&O) & Leadership to drive project execution/deployment in a timely & efficient manner. In 2022, I supported the successful completion of 28 projects worth approximately 850 million (materials & labor) & from a Program/Region standpoint, achieved a 100% plan of record completion. I have also concurrently been assigned additional work-intake projects to support as lead PM with the most recent being the "EAS Server Market Uptrade 2023" initiative. During this Project, I cross-regionally collaborated with Video Engineering stakeholders to support Cox in achieving FCC compliance. The costs including materials, labor & implementation was approximately 313k. Additionally, I'm involved with various process optimization initiatives & am a member of our internal Power-BI Team. I'm not a Power-BI expert (yet) but I know enough to create Dashboards as requested by Leadership with some of the most recent being centered around Project Duration (in the Execute stage). I'm a PM first & foremost but leveraging BI to automate reporting is something I'm passionate about (especially leveraging automation & AI/ML to enhance Project Management). Previously I worked in Product Management at Cox Business & Digital Transformation at Salesforce (Take a look at my Experience section to see some of the Projects I worked on while on those Teams). I'm a Marine Corps Veteran & to put it shortly, I learned a lot about: -myself -how to be selfless & genuinely take care of other human beings -operating & thriving under ambiguity -leading & being lead -& so much more. Not really mentioned is my passion for financial literacy & entrepreneurship (if you know me, you know how much I'm pitching potential "start-up" ideas, talking about stocks & what trip I'm booking next using AMEX points). I'm a huge Jiu-Jitsu enthusiast (Purple Belt) & gym nerd. I read/write a lot (plan to share here soon). I do my best to give back when I can and am passionate about mentoring fellow Veterans & students.
