My job as a Liasion Officer was to accompany the delegation of Cyprus at Ljubljana's TEN-T days 2019. I picked up the delegation at the airport and accompanied them until the registration at the accommodation was completed. My job was to serve as a point of contact and was communicating with delegation regarding their schedules and preferences during the time of the event. I organized the tourist guide for the delegation. Overall, I gave them the key information regarding their schedules and logistics, our country Slovenia, the TEN-T days and presented the city of Ljubljana.
