As President of Local Grown Salads my vision is is to Feed The World healthy food that is grown sustainably. Local Grown Salads produces Organic Culinary Class herbs, greens, and small vegetables in the heart of the city. Our proprietary Indoor Vertical Farming hardware and software ensures we deploy new farms rapidly. Our goal is to roll out 200 farms in 24 months that each produce 1,500,000 lbs in 15,000 square feet. We are working to solve food insecurity.
