Memorisely is a remote UX/UI Bootcamp that brings 10 designers together from anywhere in the world to learn live together. We educate designers in the latest remote wokflows, tools, and it's our mission to make learning UX/UI accessible and affordable for all. 

As a solo founder, I'm prioritizing scaling Memorisely sustainably with our community of 1900+ UX/UI designers in 91 countries. In each of those countries, we have Memorisely Ambassadors who embody our accessible values and help us grow within our means.

As a lead product designer at Eedi Zander is responsible for collaborating with the product team to research, design, and test their web and mobile learning products. The team follow the Lean UX principles, often building with growth experiments and constantly measuring outcomes with a combo of Mixed Panel and user interviews.

Zander was the first UX Designer to join Hotjar., They are an awesome SaaS company. He designed the native mobile app and constantly iterated on the core web tools: Heatmaps, Recordings, Incoming Feedback, Funnels etc.

● Designed and developed New Looks latest eCommerce site.
● Developed Whitbreads multi million pound Hub website in pure Agile conditions.
● Fully qualified Scrum Master. 
● Constructed a clean UX review and standards for Asos and Achica.

Stop adding background to UI cards 

During this episode I share why you don’t have to add a background to every card.

I recommend trying Ai Image Generator in Figma that creates a grid of images that matches your prompt!

It’s not good practice to guess component sizes. 

Instead I recommend following the 4px line height rule to provide a framework for UI sizes.
