Led efforts to enhance the customer support experience and filed two patents on (a) symantic chunking and (b) context-dependent AI Agent tool selection.

Served as interim Group Manager for six months, managing a team of five PMs responsible for the Customer Engagement portfolio and a high-8 figure P&L. Dotted-line managed 3 PMs.

I'm the Product Manager at Glean covering AI Quality initiatives across our Assistant and Agent products. My role stems from pursuit of my main professional mission: getting the most helpful AI into the hands of as many people as possible.

Previously, I led LinkedIn's GTM AI team, driving $xxxM in P&L impact and saving customers tens of millions of hours by building exceptional GTM experiences with AI Agents at their core (think customer support, sales development, and marketing top-of-funnel). We were also the team that built LinkedIn's first customer-facing, production AI Agent back in 2023. Before that, I was an operator and Chief of Staff for LinkedIn's Business Development & Product Partnerships organization.
