Interactive media production company focused on the intersection of entertainment and emerging technologies. Our flagship product is Orbiter 8, a decentralized space trading game dapp for the EVM. We have also released the award winning PolyDice, a table top NFT dice rolling dappp. In addition to doing all the things a Founder does, I also work as a developer on our products using Solidity, Web3js, Truffle Stack, EthersJS, Hardhat, Vuejs, Laravel, Vite, and Docker.

Card Kingdom buys and sells Magic the Gathering cards online. Most of my time focused on refactoring legacy code for administration and e-commerce applications into a collection of containerizable services for cloud deployment. I also implemented a fraud prevention system, redesigned admin UX to optimize for specific job roles, ensured PCI compliance in legacy code base, added new e-commerce features to directly improve customer experience, scrubbed subscriber data and integrated an opt-in marketing service.

Trad Ventures specializes in stock media, owning both StockMusic.net and StockFuel.com. I worked directly with the owner and part-time remote contractors in redeveloping both platforms from the ground up. The new technology stack includes: 
 - Laravel 5.1 as a backend MVC framework
 - Bootstrap and Backbone for a pure HTML5 front end
 - Node / Bower / NPM / Gulp / Elixer for frontend build system
 - Amazon Cloud Services for hosting including S3 and CloudSearch integration
 - Continual Integration testing via SemaphoreCI

Experis IT

Contracted for 9 months to build a variety of HTML5/JS interactive modules and port the primary website from an outdated CMS to Concrete5.

Mondo Robot

Mondo Robot is a digital agency doing a wide variety of development and design work. While there, I developed an iPad presentation for Digital Globe using the Unity3D videogame engine, coded 2 HTML5 based presentations for Microsoft, optimized for IE10 under Windows 8 (pre-release at the time), and hacked up Adobe’s Edge Animate to create a parallax scrolling multimedia site for Level 3.

Realtime Worlds

During my tenure at RTW, I led the development of the community Web component to compliment the massively multiplayer online shooter APB. My team also developed or redeveloped a slew of other online properties ranging from the official company website to a Facebook game. APB failed to perform well in the market place. Within a few months, Realtime Worlds sold APB to a third party and filed bankruptcy. APB is still enjoyed as a free-to-play game today.

At Webcraft Studios, we offered marketing and communications teams our "Digital Theatrics" service. Our job was to take your intellectual property and bring it to life through social media. Serving a videogame market, we would take not just videogame characters onto social media, but their story and their world. The company stopped social media operations in 2009 when our primary client was acquired and liquidated after the recession. I have since and continue to use the name for billing freelance work.

Gaiam

Gaiam is a lifestyles of health and sustainability company. My small team launched and supported a robust, custom online community platform at Gaia.com. This once 700,000 member strong site is no longer online. Despite the project's initial success, funding was cut and the team was dispersed to other projects. The actual decline of the community and closure of the platform happened after my departure.
