My career started off in corporate recruiting with the bulk of my experience being in campus and university recruiting within the tech and healthcare sectors. I recruited both undergrad and graduate students into a variety of functional roles and leadership development programs. I transitioned into higher education where I gained experience in MBA admissions and also received my M.Ed. in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University.
