•	Project manager and coordinator of national funding project - Lifelong learning career orientation (Vseživljenjska karierna orientacija 2013-2015). Managing the project that includes 150 employees and coordination of contract associates, reporting to the national agency, managing the budget…).

•	Internal employee communication 
Initiating, promoting and encouraging effective internal communications strategies and practices at all levels of the institution. Initiator, editor and promoter of company newsletter.

Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs etc…

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Coordination of EU funding project “Development of NAVS substance”. Research and development project containing technological and biomedical elements. Parties involved in project: BIA (Laboratory and process equipment company Ltd.), TIA (Slovenian technology agency), researches from Slovenia and other EU countries.

MARKETING

Participating in branding of new products, market research, SWOT analysis, examining the legal basis for the advertising, suggestions on graphic design of the product, pricing and launch of the product, preparing various reports for our suppliers - plan and realisation of sales, analysis of market trends, I have established a system for sales monitoring etc...
