I've made a decision that feels both terrifying and absolutely right.

After an incredible journey at Snapchat, I'm stepping away from corporate life.

Don't get me wrong – I loved it there. The energy, the innovation, the people (and yes, the puppy yoga sessions and rooftop happy hours didn't hurt either 😄).

But something has been calling me for a while now.

I kept seeing talented professionals stuck in job search cycles, not because they lacked skills, but because they lacked the right mindset.
