Relectrify supplies advanced battery management and inverter solutions, which increase the lifetime and reduce the cost of battery storage for homes, industry, the grid, and beyond.

Suitable for both second-life and new batteries, Relectrify's technology is the subject of an extensive patent portfolio, has been successfully demonstrated in a wide range of applications including with American Electric Power, Nissan US, 4R Energy Japan, Counties Energy New Zealand and VW Group Germany, and is seeing uptake across numerous product categories.

As VP Strategy, I worked with the executive team to execute Relectrify's strategic goals, including strategic partnerships, business development and corporate fundraising. 

I drove Relectrify's multimillion Series A fundraising from US, Japanese and South Korean venture capital funds.

I continued to advise the CEO on matters of strategy and setting up his team to execute on that strategy, in particular helping him with hiring the right talent. This advisory capacity ended with the successful hiring of a new COO and CTO.

Advisor to the CEO

I joined Fulfilio on a contract basis to help the CEO define and execute their strategy. Broadly speaking, this involved defining the strategy of the business, translating that strategy into clear objectives, matching those objectives and underlying metrics to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members, and setting up tools and processes to hold those SLT members to account towards those objectives. Along the way, I helped the CEO restructure the SLT to better execute on those objectives, as well as actively 'dove in' to assist SLT members to achieve their objectives.

I joined Redbubble in 2014 when it was an A$60m turnover business, and was a part of the extended leadership team in various roles across Strategy, Product and Growth that led it through IPO and beyond, leaving it as a ASX-listed A$300m business with continued strong growth. In mid-2020, Redbubble passed the $1bn market capitalisation milestone.
