As an M&A Analyst at Jebsen & Jessen, I evaluated potential acquisition targets across various industries by analyzing financial statements and identifying potential risks and opportunities. My expertise in market research and financial analysis allowed me to provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Additionally, I developed relationships with M&A consultants and investment bankers to source opportunities.

As for my daily work, I mainly did the audit work for listed company, and take charge of the annual audit of important subsidiaries of the group. I have been involved in annual and statutory audits of Hong Kong listed companies and US listed companies. I have participated in the entire process from making the audit plan, implementing substantive procedures to preparing audit adjustments and audit reports.
I have participated in a risk management program for Deloitte Asia-Pacific Office to analyse the overall risk of target companies by using our risk model. Finally, I independently completed Client Risk Exposure Reports and working papers of 6 listed company in education industry, healthcare industry and manufacturing industry.

• Wrote the function logical specification, cooperated with the development consultants, and implemented "issue receipt" function;
• Prepared the flow chart of general expense reimbursement, and designed portal page by using Axure;
• Proofread project blueprint documents, prepared meeting minutes after weekly meeting for the review of our client’s CTO and CFO.
