I am a tech entrepreneur with over three decades of experience launching and leading initiatives that push the envelope applying cutting-edge technologies to advance missions for government and commercial customers. My expertise includes Space Technology, Systems Engineering, Intelligent Systems and AI, Drones, Flight Ops, and new business development, with multiple awards and publications. I am an AIAA Associate Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, and a Techstars Mentor. I earned a BSEE from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MS in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and am an FAA certified Remote Pilot, Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor. Currently, I am the founder and CEO of two high-tech ventures: L10X AeroInnovations LLC, and L10 Innovations LLC. L10X AeroInnovations harnesses cutting-edge technologies to develop advanced drone solutions with focus on the application of Intelligent Systems and AI; we anticipate our innovations will apply to analogous robotic domains, including space. L10 Innovations is a consulting company providing strategic advisory, aerospace subject matter expertise (SME), and instruction to startups, small business, civil space, and merger & acquisition (M&A) teams. My goal is to foster innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry, which contributes to developing a spacefaring civilization, and improves the quality of life on Earth for all through new aerospace capabilities.
