Passionate about software development from the age of 11, I started programming just for fun. By the age of 20 I had worked as an independent software developer and was a consultant for local industry. My passion had become my job. At 26 I founded Develer (www.develer.com) together with Bernardo Innocenti (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/1/889/8b9) and later with Giovanni Bajo (http://www.linkedin.com/in/giovannibajo). As Develer grew so did my job description, initially from developer and manager ultimately to a CRM role, project manager and finance and budget controller.
