Mission : 

Managing the client accounts, following up on their hiring process and their needs in recruitment, consulting or coaching to provide them with the right solution;
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time candidate is on-boarded (Posting, Headhunting, Advertising, Sourcing, Phone Screening , Interviews, Preparation and Negotiation of the offer , Sending the Contract).

Operation Officer - HR Consultant

Supervising the establishment’s operations:

Monitoring the general operations of the hotel, including activities of all departments;
Liaising with employees and customers alike, using a clear, polite, and concise language; Developing, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures for the general operations ofany department or of the entire establishment;
Inspecting all the rooms on a regular basis in order to check they’re keeping up with the hotel’s standards.

Interacting with guests:

- Personally welcoming V.I.P. hotel guests;
Getting feedback from guests in order to ensure satisfaction with general service;
Attending to complaints in order to find a solution and provide a better service, always aimingto be the best;
Anticipating and addressing guest’s needs;
Coordinating the use and rental of hotel spaces for social events, gatherings, and parties, including prices, entertainment, and food; and ensuring all information provided to the guest or owners is current and accurate.

Supervising hotel staff (68 people):

- Managing and coordinating the employees’ duties (clerks, maintenance staff,housekeeping, sales employees, among others);
Hiring and training new employees;
Promoting teamwork to ensure optimum service and that guest’s needs are met.

Managing administrative operations:

- Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as all costs and expenses;
Participating in the development of pricing and promotional strategies, as well as creating advertising campaigns for such promotions;
Managing relationships with hotel vendors, negotiating service agreements as appropriate for the provision of materials and supplies;
Reviewing financial reports and statements in order to understand the establishment’s performance, keeping track of the budget and expenses;
Ensuring that all employees and heads of department adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations.

General Manager

Developing action plans and set objectives for increased revenue and maximum profit for hotel management,
Implementing sales and marketing strategies necessary for attracting clients to patronize a hotel,
Maintaining a clear understanding of hotel policies and ensure compliance,
Carrying out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities (Exclusivities : German Embassy, Keune France, Oriflame Spain... ),
Seeking out business with large organizations such as schools (Sup2co, Vatel), organizations(Les Mille Sourire), fair ( ATM Dubai)...,
Maintaining a complete knowledge of all the services a hotel provides so as to conduct successful sales,- Explaining and notifying clients of recent upgrades and available options for hotel services,
Oversee the processing of payments and offering discounts to client when necessary,
Assigning job duties to hotel personnel and ensure effective performance of assigned tasks, Supervising the customer service unit of a hotel to ensure, compliance with set standards of hospitality and customer service,
Maintaining contact with clients to obtain feedback.

Sales Manager

Following the acquisition of the Cesar Resort & Spa by two important partners in the Red city, I was directly attached to the owners in order to assist during the transition process but also to help them consolidate and optimize the new project on different levels:

Sales Department:

Implementing new ways to expand that client base,
Analyzing the client base or target market for the hotel,
Developing promotional and advertising materials for the hotel using all the facilities, Renew the contracts with travel agencies, TO, OTA, etc..

Human Resources:

Schedule trainings for all hotel employees (New Standards, Customer Service Skills Training), Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues,
Interview and assess job candidates,
Onboard New Staff,
Design new hire plans for some departments in the hotel (HR, Accounting, Sales).
