The best AI CX tech stack for Shopify stores:

Gorgias Helpdesk
Gorgias AI (text based)
Flip (if you have inbound phones) 
Consio (outbound phone surveying & sales)

I've been hesitant to make such a bold statement but after trying out all the top (and not so top) helpdesks, AI plugins, phone IVRs, etc for multiple brands, I stand by this.

It's to the point where the tech stack above creates so much efficiencies that we may start to charge more if clients are on other tech platforms because of the extra work it takes to upkeep - this sounds drama but if you're on the tech stack above, you get it lol and you also get it if you've been on the one above and then had to switch to another.

I do partner with these platforms but this was after trying all the others with the most open mind. Other solutions DO WORK and I WILL work with them and if they're not "broke" and working for the team, we never push to change it BUT if a business wants the most efficiencies in their CX department, after years and years of testing and pushing platforms to their absolute limits, that's my opinion :)
