Liase with different suppliers locally and overseas.
Liase with different departments, Data / Orders / Creditors and Direct sales Departments.  
Supervise and lead the Returns Department. 
Set targets and monitor staff achievements.
Ensure that claims credits are processed on a daily basis
Facilitate the whole returns process of overseas titles of various Van Schaik branches

Check stock to be picked at the warehouse
Visit warehouse once sufficient stock is ready to be picked
Ensure only stock in mint condition is sent to various overseas suppliers
