Dev Launchers builds software while preparing people from around the globe to thrive in technical careers. As the Product Manager of the Backend team, I collaborate with other teams to build a user-centric, scalable, and secure platform.

1. Notifications: 
● Aligning efforts across 3 Platform teams to streamline product goals, prioritize product roadmap, and establish key metrics. 
● Coordinated Notification API development by breaking down user requirements, writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and prioritizing product backlog.

2. Employee Onboarding System:
● Outlined short-term and long-term product vision for the new Employee Onboarding System (EOS), aligning with stakeholders. 
● Conducted extensive market research and led user interviews and proposed solution frameworks reducing 20% onboarding time.

Product Manager

Leading a team of 4 to leverage AI and build a D2C mobile app that supports individuals with mental health through positive reinforcement and journaling; presented to potential investors and raised ~xx CAD capital.

● Owned the roadmap prioritization and GTM processes to tactically navigate trade-offs between short-term goals and long-term strategic objectives, resulting in a successful beta launch with YY users.
● Conducted YY user interviews and analyzed YY survey responses to understand customer needs, and verify desirability; created user flows and journey maps to steer product decisions.
● Demonstrated customer desirability by developing two low fidelity and one high fidelity prototype and conducting user tests with six key customers.
● Facilitated backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, ensuring on-time sprint deliverables for 3 most important features in 5 months.
● Designed and conducted A/B tests to systematically evaluate and validate feature ideation, increasing xx% improvement in user satisfaction.

●  Developed 5 features on the Recurring Invoice platform to facilitate 60k+ channel partners with adding recipient details, attaching memos, managing custom invoice schedule, and providing invoice confirmation. 
●  Launched a new Deactivation dashboard tailored to internal Finance and BI team members, to enhance accessibility and management of deactivated and expired products, reducing time over old manual report analysis.
●  Collaborated on architectural and design decisions by voicing customer needs to build a user-centric, scalable, and secure 'Order and Billing' platform. 
●  Updated product metrics weekly and monthly by writing custom SQL queries to ensure data-driven decision-making.
●  Facilitated Backlog Refinement sessions by translating customer feedback into technical specifications and writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in JIRA.
●  Assisted Marketing Services achieve Quarterly initiative goal by updating international pricing plan for merchant services (Received organization recognition for 'Diving Deep' and 'Delivering Results' leadership principles).
●  Facilitated Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro) to steer a team through development sprint and deliver sprint goal. 
●  Analyzed “Definition of Ready” of 6 R&D teams to identify gaps in story writing according to Agile principles. Proposed an updated structure to improve team sprint efficiency.

Global Institute for Water Security (GIWS)

𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 - Led end-to-end Product Life Cycle of this web platform, from ideation to product launch, in collaboration with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders for users (water researchers, scientists, artists, etc.) to display art pieces concerning water-related challenges, boosting collaboration and engagement.

●  Drove the development and implementation of the product using Agile practices, including product discovery, prototyping, solution development, and stakeholder collaboration. 
●  Developed Product-market fit, by conducting voice-of-customer interviews and locating end-user pain points.
●  Defined and executed a Product Roadmap Document outlining high-level direction, user persona, business and technical requirements, desired functionality for user experience, and estimated timeline.
●  Prioritized, groomed and tracked product backlog, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders. 
●  Analyzed and documented product performance metrics using Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
●  Developed a comprehensive SEO strategy, created internal linking, Googlebot indexing, keyword analysis etc., resolved front end bugs to improve organic web growth.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟 - As the Project Lead, I have spearheaded a team of 6 researchers to drive 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 from ideation to delivery of this desktop application that empowers users (geologists, climate modelists, hydrologists, etc.) to generate patterns from multiple big datasets and interact with in real-time. 

●  Performed market research by investigating existing techniques to create patterns from time-series data over 10+ years, identifying significant time-delay and absence of real-time interaction.
●  Conducted user research via interviews and analyzed existing user surveys to validate find their pain points and formulated product strategy to tackle them. 
●  Led product engineering by ideating a vector-based approach (Python) to extract change patterns from multiple datasets over time, with 1M+ datapoints processed under 60 seconds. 
●  Drove the UI design, through wireframes and final mock (PyQt), to provide 10+ exploration mechanisms to interact with generated change patterns in real-time - under 1 second; iterated based on A/B testing.
●  Launched the application and managed it through various stages of industry expert reviewers for feature addition and modification.
