Innovator, Researcher, Company Builder With nearly 20 years of research experience in agriculture, the food industry, and healthtech, I have professionally contributed to nearly 40 domestic and international projects across 25 countries. I concluded this phase of my career in 2021 as a Bolyai Scholarship recipient and a habilitated associate professor. This period instilled in me a strong mission to build and enhance innovation ecosystems. During this time, I focused on effectively generating R&D results through international collaborations. The next phase of my career centres on transforming these innovative results into marketable and economically viable solutions. My research and project development experiences have been complemented by international company-building and management experiences, creating a unique combination of skills. I have encountered enough successes and a fair amount of failures in both areas to gain confidence and prudence. I understand the considerations of the research side and the expectations of the corporate side, effectively bridging the gap between the two. My current mission is to support the effective collaboration between R&D performers and the companies utilizing these results through the use of grant and investment funds, efficient R&D&I project planning, and management, all on an international level. At Neuron Labs, I am realizing this mission in collaboration with excellent partners and I am continuously seeking partners and projects dedicated to development.
