Qadr Financial is a boutique advisory firm to family offices, investment funds and businesses in Saudi Arabia & United Kingdom headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We advise driven clients enter new markets, launch investment funds & complete deals. We also support businesses in making strategic and commercial decisions when growing core functions or executing special projects. After graduating in Law, I worked my way up the corporate ladder starting out as a paralegal, up to senior positions in management, to eventually becoming an independent consultant for various firms before finally opening my own law firm in 2018. However, I hated the legal career & lifestyle, so started a journey of exploring many different business models, passion projects & opportunities across the spectrum, which has now led me to Qadr. --- I'm also host of The Minotaur's Maze Podcast, which is part of the Minotaur Mastery brand - a personal passion project on self-improvement. Minotaur Mastery is about overcoming your fears (minotaurs) and developing yourself to be the best you can be. I use my own journey of conquering my fear of speaking, shyness and social anxiety to escape a career I hated to help others do the same. Creating videos online & my podcast allowed me to build relationships which turned into business partnerships & career opportunities that otherwise would not have come my way. The biggest transformation though was going from shy, afraid to speak to building high self-esteem, confidence and communication skills - 3 skills I firmly believe are ESSENTIAL for every person to develop. I now want to help you do the same. ⭐️ Self-esteem is the relationship you have with yourself. ⭐️ Confidence is the relationship you have with others. ⭐️ Communication is the bridge between the two.
