Hi, my name is Zuraida. I am a Talent Associate at Move and am constantly being embedded in the recruitment process at various startups and in differing industries. I have a Bachelor's of Arts, double major in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, and Philosophy; and a Bachelor's of Arts Honours in Industrial & Organisational Psychology. I am a successful Talent Associate as I am people-oriented with a desire to understand people, processes and technology. I am passionate about upskilling and have a drive to understand the recruitment industry. I have worked on multiple applicant tracking systems, looking for incredible talent for numerous roles in various industries which have allowed me to develop countless skills appropriate for an ever changing career atmosphere.
