I’ve always been drawn to helping people move forward in their work, in their businesses, and in their lives. That is what led me to start Yotru. It is a resume builder, but more importantly it takes away some of the stress and guesswork from job hunting. Whether it is a student writing a first resume, someone changing careers midstream, or a person returning to the workforce, Yotru makes it easier to capture their strengths on paper. For non-profits, libraries, and community programs, it is a tool they can offer clients right away: simple, supportive, and free to use. The way I try to work comes down to a few things: * Making sure job-seekers are not left behind as hiring practices keep changing. * Teaming up with non-profits, schools, and local groups to do practical good. * Helping founders grow companies that stand for something beyond profit. Over the years I have run campaigns with budgets in the millions, worked with technical founders to find traction, and helped shape early projects into businesses that could last. What matters most to me, though, is working alongside people who care about their mission, the people they serve, and the bigger picture. If your organization is working to give people a fair chance at meaningful employment, I would be glad to connect.
