Product Manager

Digital Wallets and Emerging Payments at Amex Digital Labs.

I owned and executed upon innovative product roadmaps for several digital wallet products including Samsung Pay, FitBit Pay, and Amex Pay. 

Concurrently, I proposed and delivered a product decommission in 2 international markets, requiring alignment across tens of unique stakeholders.

In this role, I also met regularly with internal and external partners to revitalize Amex’s digital payments testing capabilities. I drove the inception and delivery of a custom internal platform, resulting in enhanced testing efficacy and mitigation of significant operational risk.
