As an ICF-certified Executive and Leadership Coach and founder of Authentic Leadership, I am passionate about empowering women to unlock their full potential both in their careers and their lives. I believe that when women embrace their authentic selves, they not only transform their own leadership but also spark positive change in their teams, organisations and communities. With over 20 years of experience in sales leadership within the technology sector, I specialise in supporting female leaders to develop confidence, lead by their values and inspire those around them. My coaching is rooted in the conviction that investing in women is essential, not only as its the right thing to do but for driving innovation, diversity of thought and sustainable business growth. In recent years, my own journey into motherhood, after a long and transformative path, profoundly reshaped my understanding of leadership, identity and the workplace. Discovering the concept of 'matrescence' - the transition and identity shift women experience when becoming a mother, opened my eyes to the deep, often overlooked changes women undergo physically, emotionally, socially and psychologically. Inspired by the incredible Amy Taylor-Kabbaz, I became a certified Matrescence Coach, Educator and Facilitator through the Mama Rising certification in March this year. This unique perspective now deeply informs my coaching. I am dedicated to supporting women as they navigate not only professional challenges but also any of the complex transitions of life. I am especially passionate about helping organisations create people-first environments that prioritise psychological safety, inclusivity and wellbeing. My own experience with matrescence has shown me how personal transformation can be a catalyst for powerful, authentic leadership.
