My role consists of working with clients to launch their UKG Pro Payroll & HR solution. I will be present and client-facing from the initial kickoff call, all the way through the handoff to customer services once the client has successfully processed multiple pays within the UKG Pro platform. Early in the project, I will perform analysis calls to gather requirements and ensure fiscal/legislative compliance. Further on in the project, I will also setup their General Ledger, Platform Security, guide/train their project resources and provide feedback/best practices to ensure client efficiency and satisfaction within the platform.

Sr. Solution Consultant

ATS Consulting, LLC (now Ascend, Inc.)

My role consists of contacting the client in order to gather any and all employee data/demographic information from their legacy system and parse it in order to bring it into UKG Pro. Most of the work happens in Excel & SQL, but I will often connect with the clients and ensure that their needs are met and that they are up-to-date with the project status. Firsthand knowledge of UKG Pro (Ultipro) is a must as most troubleshooting requires understanding of the "behind the scene" mechanics.

Sr. Data Services Consultant

My role consists of leading the implementation project and implementing the payroll solution. From weekly external calls with my clients to maintaining deadlines within the implementation project as Project Lead. Also gathering all relevant payroll information from the client, to setting up payroll calculations as Payroll Specialist. I lead the client as the first point of contact with ADP's implementation team and guide them throughout the project, ultimately leading to the transfer of the client to our client services team once the project is completed.

Working alongside the Payroll & HR departements of businesses who use Desjardins Payroll and Human Resources Services for their day-to-day operations, making sure that their needs are met, and setting up & parametering/optimising/troubleshooting complementary modules in their systems to raise operation productivity.
