•	Achieved a personal sales target of £250,000 in Q1 of 2018 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Business Development Manager

PDC BIG

PDC BIG is a global leader in people identification. The business connects people, products, and technology through innovative ID solutions such as wristbands, badges, lanyards, accessories and business print. 

Primary role focus was supporting the commercial goals of the business. Remit included development of new business and the existing account base and selling the company’s technology driven solutions platform. Solutions ranged from the Selfit Software System portal to Click2Order platforms, with functionality that included complex catalogue and order management, personalisation, b2b product selection, procurement and authorisation workflow and inventory handling. The ability to build relationships and engage with senior management and key influencers was critical. Sales cycles were fast-moving, ranging from 3 to 6 months.  

Delivered £1.6m in sales within 3 years and won a range of clients including the Canary Wharf Management Group and Yorkshire Building Society (£31m new business in total)

Senior Account Manager

Microlease

The Microlease group is a total solutions provider for electronic test equipment; helping users deploy equipment when and where needed in the most cost-effective way. 

Awarded responsibility for driving and promoting Microlease’s enterprise level hardware and test and measurement solutions through the UK Marketplace, in support of wider strategic aims and objectives. Collaborative teamwork was crucial working as the role demanded close liaison with the Sales Application Engineer selling directly into telecommunication companies. 

•	Leveraged measurable impact of specific targeted campaigns by generating mailshots to boost awareness in conjunction with the Marketing Department.

•	Played a key role in attainment of revenue targets through creation of warm leads for the Sales Application Engineer generated by following up on all reactive enquiries.

Sales Executive

RAC Technicare 

RAC Technicare was a specialist division of the RAC. 

Role focus was on maximising sales by reactively identifying and pursuing vehicle examination sales opportunities. Each enquiry was different and required a customised response to concerns related to manufacturers’ warranties and dealership disputes.
