I’m driven by the mission to improve the ways in which education is delivered to kids and adults. I provide product leadership in a thoughtful way and I’m mindful to build products and technology that serves humans to make the world a better place. I see myself as a servant leader who enables others to do the best work they can. My product management principles: 1. Understanding problems before diving into solutions 2. Hypotheses and experiments over features 3. Strategic thinking and planning over firefighting 4. Understanding what a customer cares about and helping them achieve this rather than 'making a user do x' 5. People and social connections over trying to solve every problem with technology For the last 4 years I've also been co-organising a men's group where I hosted 40+ men's circles. These are spaces where men can share what's going on in their lives and be vulnerable – something that most of us don't practise growing up. Men's circles have helped me a lot in becoming more self-assured. In 2025 I've therefore launched a newsletter that lists men's circles in Berlin to spread the word and make these types of events more visible and accessible to more men.
