As a PPC Account Manager at Navigate Digital since August 2022, I have been responsible for managing campaigns across a range of clients, including Pizza Hut, Palmers, Navrtar VR, and Audley Homes. My duties include campaign creation, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Bing, and SA360. Additionally, I was involved in the account restructure of smaller accounts spending £2-5k, driving stronger leads and dropping CPA YoY.

I worked as a PPC Contractor at Sleeping Giant from July 2022 to August 2022, as they needed support during these times. In this role, I provided support and analysis for multiple PPC accounts, reviewing and implementing ad copy, campaign structure, and bid changes. I made recommendations to develop and grow account performance and worked on budgets of £2k-10k across local businesses in the Kent area.

I took ownership of the SA360, Google, and Bing accounts for clients such as Compare The Market and Sector Alarm, managing budgets ranging from £20k-£500k per month. My responsibilities included account restructures in line with modern Google best practices, optimizing accounts across multiple markets and products, and refining ad copy and keyword lists.

Through implementing structural and tactical changes, I successfully grew the Sector Alarm Ireland markets, driving sales and achieving margin targets for Compare The Market and their multiple accounts. My effective bid management, creative changes, and strategy adjustments contributed to the success of these campaigns.

To track and analyze performance metrics, I utilized various tools including Google Analytics, SA 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Editor, Looker, and Data Studio.

Wonderbly

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Wonderbly, I took ownership of the Google Ads & Affiliates Account. My responsibilities included managing Shopping, Display, Discovery & Search campaigns, restructuring accounts and ad copy to align with modern Google Ads best practices, and optimizing accounts across multiple markets.

I tested various ad copy and landing pages to determine the most effective approach for driving conversions, and my efforts led to significant improvements in YoY ROAS and Conversions during key holiday periods such as Christmas and Sales.

To track and analyze performance metrics, I used various tools, including Google Analytics, SA 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Editor, Looker, Data Studio, and Share A Sale. I also created reports using Data Studio and Google Analytics to communicate performance results to key stakeholders.

Overall, I'm proud of the results I achieved while managing the Google Ads & Affiliates Account at Wonderbly, and I look forward to bringing my experience and expertise to my next opportunity.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Opyimyzd, I was responsible for managing the company's Google, Bing, and Facebook accounts. During my tenure, I restructured these accounts, resulting in more efficient performance and hitting conversion targets for each account.

I had the autonomy to manage PPC and Facebook budgets efficiently, which ensured that we hit our KPI and monthly spend targets. My day-to-day monitoring and optimization of accounts led to increased leads and reduced costs, achieving the conversion targets for the quarter while maintaining a low CPA.

One of my significant achievements was creating ad copy and creatives for Facebook and Google, resulting in high customer engagement and record-high conversions last quarter. I used various tools, including Google Analytics, SA 360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Editor, Looker, and Data Studio, to track and analyze performance metrics and develop effective strategies.

I also updated pacing documents and created a data studio report, ensuring that key stakeholders had the necessary information to make informed decisions.
