I’m Alexandra Ngaiza—a storyteller turned strategist, passionate about using communication as a tool for real, inclusive change. My journey began in media, where I used my voice to spotlight injustice and advocate for voices that often go unheard. Over time, that path evolved into something deeper: a calling to bridge the gap between the marginalized communities and the systems meant to serve them. Today, I work at the intersection of business, communication, and rural development, helping turn ideas into impact especially for those too often left behind. I’m committed to amplifying the voices of women and girls in agriculture, building platforms where their stories influence change, through campaigns, community engagement, and field-based storytelling. I spend much of my time on the ground: sitting with farmers, learning from mothers, and understanding what drives real progress in rural communities. These connections shape how I design solutions, drive strategies, and lead initiatives that are people-centered. I believe that growth and empathy can go hand in hand—and that communication, when done right It has the power to bring about transformation.
