I love making complex things simple. Getting to the core. Cutting through noise to find what truly matters. As my teacher once said, “Half of solving a problem is formulating it correctly.” That principle shapes how I work and why I love what I do. I began my career in IT as a Java developer, focused on clean, scalable code — but kept running into unclear requirements. I saw how misalignment between business and tech slowed everything down. So I became a Business Analyst to bridge that gap, learning to translate ideas into clear, structured specs. That path led me into project management, where I took on more responsibility and earned my PMP. Along the way, I embraced Lean-Agile thinking, which reshaped how I approach collaboration, decision-making, and delivering value. Today, as a Program Manager, I lead cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery — ensuring business goals and execution stay aligned, and helping teams do their best work together. What drives me: ✅Clarity and purpose – I work best when the "why" is clear, and I stay focused on what brings real value. ✅Growth mindset – I push myself to keep learning, adapt fast, and turn feedback and failure into growth. ✅Integrity and empathy – I believe in doing the right thing, being transparent, and treating people with respect. ✅Collaboration – Great results come from great teamwork. I create space for others to contribute, speak up, and thrive. I’m also someone who doesn’t give up easily. When I was a kid, I set a goal to learn how to ride a bike in one day. I fell a lot, scraped my knees — but by evening, I was riding.
