I was the first designer at Mango and helped grow the product from an MVP to a well-known, trusted insurance startup. I initially designed the website and mobile app, then advanced to lead designer, managing a team. I implemented a data-driven approach with continuous experiments, user research, and usability testing. Additionally, I coordinated the work of external contractors, agencies, and designers to ensure smooth execution at every stage of the project.
