The other day, I was thinking back to 20 years ago when I decided to leave my comfy job and dive into the startup scene. It was such an exciting time, driven by this big dream to shake up business analytics. But I quickly found out that having an awesome idea was just the start. The real work came in making it happen—getting our hands dirty, figuring out what our clients really needed, and adjusting our solutions to fit. Being flexible turned out to be a huge asset, helping us turn challenges into wins. Looking back, I’ve learned that in the startup world, it's not all about the idea.
