In August 2020, burnout became my turning point. I realised the life I was living no longer matched the impact I wanted to create. I wanted freedom, purpose, and the ability to build something meaningful. That decision led me into coaching, where I saw how clarity, direction, and intentional strategy could transform someone’s trajectory.

By June 2021, I left my career in Clinical Research and relocated to Melbourne to pursue coaching full time. MindAxis Life Coaching was born from that leap of faith, and over time it evolved from a life coaching practice into a global business helping people redesign their careers, businesses, and identities.

After working with clients across four continents, I realised that my deepest passion was helping entrepreneurs build businesses and brands that truly stand out. Not just businesses that make money but businesses that people remember. Brands that build trust, authority, and long term demand.

Today, I specialise in helping entrepreneurs strengthen the two pillars that create lasting success: a profitable business model and an unforgettable personal brand.

Nobody warns you about this part of entrepreneurship.

I used to talk hot air about becoming an entrepreneur for years.

And still stayed in the same job.

Eventually, people stopped taking me seriously.

If I’m honest…so did I.

I’d settled into what looked like a stable routine on paper, but felt like slow suffocation in reality.

→ Wake up at 6:30am
→ Commute 90 minutes
→ Sit at a desk all day feeling permanently behind
→ Commute home exhausted
→ Gym. Dinner. Sleep
→ Repeat

There were days I’d sit in the office staring at the ceiling, wondering how this became my life.

And somehow, I convinced myself this was just what adulthood looked like.

Then the pandemic hit. Everything stopped.

For the first time in years, I had something I didn’t realise I desperately needed.

Space and time to figure out my life.

Instead of numbing out with distractions, I started learning again.

→ I took courses
→ I invested in my own development
→ I started mapping out what building my own business could actually look like

By the time the world reopened, I didn’t magically become fearless.

I was simply prepared enough to move.

Here’s what that period taught me:

Free time is either something you consume…or something you invest.

Even small windows of focused effort compound faster than you think.

Entrepreneurship isn’t one giant leap of faith.

It’s a long stretch of quiet preparation that eventually makes the leap a no brainer.

Meet my client, Owen Pyrah.
