Urmm yes. They can and she ALREADY has:

- She went out and received an education.
- She became leader of the opposition. 
- She became Prime minister. 
- She healed communities.
- She became a mum. 

She put New Zealand on the world map and you know what she did after that?

She showed the humility to know when it's time to step down.

Something 99% of our leaders can learn from. 

I hired two people and here's the list of rules I gave them: 

- Work when you like. 
- Work however you like. 
- Work from wherever you like. 
- Work on whatever (project) you like. 

Why? 

Because these are the exact things I wished for when I was working under a toxic boss. 

And guess what? 

- The work is getting done.
- They're loving it.
- I'm loving it.

Lockdowns closed my café so I had to get a side hustle to pay my bills.

I started working as a security guard.

My pride was in the gutter.

"What if someone sees you working for minimum wage?"
"You were a 6-figure manager"

However,

I believe there should never be any shame in working hard to earn an honest living.

So I reframed these thoughts:

"You are a rock that supports your family"
"You value building over boasting"

It helped me regain my pride and bounce back.

Remember:

Your circumstances do not determine your worth.

You do ❤

Warning: Some of these might be very surprising!

I know,

I was surprised too.

HOWEVER,

It is with these insights in mind that I have been able to:

- Create 62 viral posts last year (viral defined as 1k+ reactions)
- Ranked as the second best personal brander in the world.
- Ranked 6th best LinkedIn Creator in the world.
- Teach 6000+ students through the Robinhood course (LinkedIn comments)
- Form the most epic community of creators online at: LinkedIn Creator's Club!
- Replace my 6 figure 9 to 5 income.

Which one's your favourite? 

I'm the most average bloke ever. 

- I don't wake up at 5am.
- I have not been to the gym in ages. 
- I don't have a million dollars in my bank. 

Hence my LinkedIn strategy is pretty 'average' too: 

- Post when you can.
- Give more than you take. 
- Engage with whomever you feel like. 

But this "average" strategy has literally changed my life. 

So if you are afraid to post because you think your story, strategy or achievements are "average". 

I suggest you try anyway. 

Cos Linkedin's not about being exceptional. 

it's about being YOU ❤️ 

Artificial intelligence will change LinkedIn. 

The days of "Templated creation" will be replaced by "Symbiotic creation".

For example: 

- I will use A.I to add imaginative B-roll in my videos. 
- I will use A.I to optimise my funnels. 
- I will use A.I for idea generation.

The goal isn't to have A.I replace me. 

The goal is to have A.I supplement me while I do more of the 'human' activities (Build relationships, crack jokes etc) 

This is only the beginning. 

There's A.I assistants on the way that can help organise your entire LinkedIn presence. 

- They'll know your speaking style. 
- They'll know your audience.
- They'll know your goals.

Imagine a world where you can reply to queries and make sales while you sleep. 

A.I is making it a reality. 

Therefore,

My strategy for 2023 is SIMPLE and FREE. 

Pay attention till attention pays me. 

Fun fact: I started posting on LinkedIn 1 year ago because I got a job in personal branding….

And had no clue what I was doing! 🥲

I just had to figure it all out myself through hours and hours of scrolling on here, maxing out my connection requests and spending hours networking.

But as much as I want you all to suffer as much as I did!!!

Tasleem has only gone and made it super easy for you all and put everything you need to know all in one place.

Honestly, this generation doesn’t know the meaning of hard work anymore 🙄

ChatGPT is changing the world! 

You need to pay attention  because this is literally the next big gold rush.

However,

The more I play with it the more I realise two things:

1) It writes boring copy.
2) It can be used for so much other than writing boring copy.

Think of it as J.A.R.V.I.S from Iron man.

I made a huge mistake 😓

One that requires a public apology.

So here it is: 

A few days ago I launched the LinkedIn Creator's Club and I got REALLY distracted by the community. 

So I spent hours talking and learning from the incredible people in there. 

I mean where else can you meet: 

- CEO's, CMO's, Lawyers, Tedx speakers and even wizards,
- A National Geographic Explorer,
- Best selling authors...

Nowhere!

So I completely forgot to post on LinkedIn. 

But after a few days I started missing my LinkedIn family. 

So I decided to post again. 

This is where IT HAPPENED... 

I made a mistake that I am incredibly ashamed of. 

I made a ChatGPT carousel for likes...😅

I mean I always knew I was a little basic. 

But I never expected myself to stoop this low. 

So please accept my apology 🤣

Now who wants to get back to better content? 

The LinkedIn Algorithm is changing. 

Gone are the days when your influence was based on the size of your following. 

Large accounts could post bs and still garner massive influence. 

Social media platforms have now developed a new system. 

One pioneered by TikTok. 
One designed to encourage new content creators. 
One where you are always one post away from a different life.
