Activate Apprenticeships and Activate Business School

Managing subcontractors and supporting them in providing apprenticeship delivery in accordance with SFA guidelines.  

Duties include:
Managing and supporting subcontractors through apprenticeship training in areas including ICT, Driving Goods Vehicles, Sports and Manufacturing.
Performing observations to make sure subcontractors are following SFA gudielines.
Completing and maintaining tracking systems.
Maintaining quality files and preparation for audits and inspections.
Providing information for curriculum teams, managers, and being the first point of contact for learners and employers.
Holding Contract meetings and discussing improvements to framework delivery.
Attend open events, and open doors for new business.
Processing payments for subcontract delivery.
Plan and initiate activities to support the curriculum teams to recruit, deliver and monitor apprenticeship programmes
Prepare reports and reviews of apprentice progress and organise progress meetings with curriculum teams and subcontractors
Organise and invidulate exams for learners, and claim learners certificates

Skills needed and required are:
Extreme attention to detail
Knowledge of education systems and procedures
A strong understanding of SFA guidelines and certificate approvals and exemptions
Able to prioritise workload 
Working with education databases

With a passion for the creative industries and technology, these are the areas where my work-life has always revolved around. 

Previously founding a music community and online magazine platform called Vinyl Chapters, I built a team of writers to contribute music-related content and grew a strong community into a business.

I also started researching blockchain technology and how this could help the creative industries. My technology and creative background helped me accel in the space and led me to become CEO of NFT startup RealNifty, bringing my experience into the young and evolving industry of Web3. 

In 2022 I also was chosen to take part in the LinkedIn Creator Accelerator programme for the UK - honing content creation skills and how to build a stable and inviting presence as a leader.
