"Influencers" vs. "Ambassadors" 
If you are running a brand you more than likely have worked with influencers and paid someone to post about your company in hopes that the increased awareness will generate new business, new users, new anything. Unfortunately, like so many others, the results typically come up short. 

The difference between the "#Influencer" & the "#Ambassador" is that an Ambassador to your brand is paid on performance and for results where influencers are paid for hopes and dreams. 

In a period of time where we are all focused on profitability, make sure you spend the time to create Ambassadors within your business to drive results and not depending on just a pay to post strategy!

Before you judge someone’s business or line of work, examine where they had to go through similar challenges in building their business and identify areas that they might be more relatable than you think.
