Sometimes it’s about money, sometimes about people, sometimes about the future of your vision. 

Even if the choice is the right one, the process itself is isolating. 
Because some will never see the reasoning behind it. 

This whole thing will force you to be honest with yourself in ways you never expected. 

You can’t hide, you can’t pass the buck.

Because you know the alternative (avoiding the hard calls) is worse. 

And that’s the paradox of leading.

Most of us stumble, fail, and figure it out along the way. 


You start noticing what others miss, thinking about the ripple effects of every choice, 

and slowly understanding that whatever you are building isn’t separate from you, it mirrors you.

Even how you deal with a mistake reflects how you lead.

So, if you’re waking up with a lot of questions without answers, good. 
That’s the point. 

Good leaders are made in the questions they wrestle with, not the answers they already have.

You’ll never know everything. 

It’s about showing up anyway, carrying the weight, and shaping everything 
around you.

Choosing an agency is a lot like getting into a relationship.

Here’s a simple checklist:

- Do they understand your vision, not just your brief?
- Will they push back when needed, instead of agreeing blindly?
- Are they willing to commit time, effort, and energy to your growth?
- Do their values align with yours, so you’re not constantly adjusting to fit them?

Above all, the agency you choose should be ready to take a genuine stake in your growth. That’s the part that matters. 

If they are, you take the chance. 

Because at the end of the day, your agency is a partner in your growth journey.

And like any strong partnership, it works best when both sides show up fully, with trust, commitment, and shared ambition.

Choose the one who’s ready to grow with you and watch how far you can go together.
