August 2022.

I was a content writer for B2B SaaS brands. Decent money. Stable life. Nothing special.

Then I picked up my phone and hit record.

I didn’t have a plan. I just started talking - about my work, my life, remote jobs, helping women navigate their careers.

I had no idea I was building a personal brand.

I didn’t even know what “personal branding” meant.

I was just… showing up.

3 years later:

→ 2X TEDx speaker
→ Quit my job as a writer
→ Built 2 businesses (Remote WorkHER & Hercademy)
→ Made multi-millions (I made my yearly salary in 2 weeks)
→ Grew a community of 700K+
→ Named one of Nigeria’s top influential figures

How?

I picked up my phone. I posted. I kept going.

That’s it.

But here’s the thing:

What took me 3 years of trial and error doesn’t have to take you 3 years.

Because now I know the formula.

I reverse-engineered what I did - the mistakes, the wins, the strategies that actually worked - and turned it into a framework.

• Expression: Create content that converts
• Income: Monetize your knowledge
• Funnel: Turn followers into paying customers
• Expansion: Scale from content creator to actual business owner
