After identifying the market share, I predict (with scary accuracy) the backlink cost associated with the SEO campaign. My CMO knows exactly how much money he needs to spend and how much time it will take to achieve our SEO goals.

After analyzing every keyword in a cluster, I then prioritize the keywords by sorting them in 4 groups. I always target the easiest group first to build momentum that will be used to rank for the more difficult terms.

Lastly, I'm leading an initiative to create a tool that realtors and home shoppers will use in conjunction with tools like Zillow. It will be the most robust content in the space and its truly one of a kind in what it will accomplish.

20+ brand interactions and HOURS of brand exposure is the new target...and that's expensive to accomplish without leveraging organic channels.

We trust people that have messages that resonate with us. We need some way of filtering through all the noise. 

If you don’t want to die in this Agency Death Spiral, the solution is to become a full stack marketer. 

You need to invest in a mastering copywriting at the very least and you’ll want to apply it on either social media, YouTube, or paid ad funnel building. 

 1. Learn how to identify the messages that resonate with your audience so you can actually talk about things they care about.  

2. Learn how to package your message in a social post, a video script, a social media ad, a funnel page, and in email.  

3. Develop a system that makes this LESS DAUNTING.  

4. Start following people and companies that can be examples for you to learn from.  SEO is still valuable. PPC is still a good skill to have.   Those skills won’t be enough to fill your pipeline and it’s coming sooner than you think.
