ADVISOR TO THE IRAQI SECURITY FORCES - TASK FORCE AL TAQADDUM
Served as a Senior Watch Officer in a Joint Operations Center. Responsible for supporting Iraqi soldiers by providing aviation and surface fires from coalition artillery and aircraft. 

EXERCISE PLANNER - EXPEDITIONARY OPERATIONS TRAINING GROUP
Assisted in the planning and facilitation of exercises designed to test a 2k+ member unit preparing to engage in combat operations in the Middle East. These exercises rivaled the complexity of any conducted in the Department of Defense.

RIFLE PLATOON COMMANDER - FIRST BATTALION FIRST MARINES
Served as the officer in charge of 40 Marines, and responsible for over $350,000 of serialized equipment. Trained, led, and mentored subordinates through a deployment to Japan and Thailand from October 2014 to April 2015.

STUDENT - TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND
Graduated in the top 10% of my class in the Basic Officer Course, and completed the Infantry Officer's Course.

💰 Compensation: $150k - $165k base + 20% bonus
⚠ Requirements: Past P&L ownership - you've had hiring/firing authority and been responsible for driving revenue & cutting costs

👉 3. *NEW* Incubate a new line of business for a VC-Backed Startup

A client of ours just raised a Series B from tier 1 investors. They're a B-Corp that helps disabled Americans access benefits and deal w/ the gov't. 

They're looking for an internal entrepreneur to launch their VA benefits program. Need a mission-driven person who wants to help our fellow vets. Must be scrappy

🗺 Location: DC
💰 Compensation: $175k - $200k base + bonus + equity
⚠ Requirements: M7 MBA + 2-7 years experience, preferably a former founder or someone who has led GTM at a startup. 

👉 4. VP of Growth at a PE Portfolio Company

🗺 Locations: Tampa 
💰 Compensation: $150k base + 20% bonus
⚠ Requirements: Top MBAs w/o biz experience will be considered. Exceptional post-military experience is good as well. Our client hopes that this role grows into a GM with P&L ownership.
