My Why: "So that others may thrive." I’m a strategic executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and transformation in the technology and leadership sectors. Currently, I serve as the Chief Strategy Officer at TechMD, where I help small and medium-sized businesses achieve enterprise-level productivity, scalability, and cybersecurity readiness. My journey began in software development, but I quickly discovered my passion for aligning technology with business strategy to empower people and organizations. In 2006, I co-founded SpamSoap, successfully growing and selling the company, which launched me into a career focused on leadership and innovation. Later, I founded StoneHill Technical Solutions, providing strategic IT consulting services that enabled businesses across various industries to thrive. I sold the company in 2016. At TechMD, I’ve had the privilege of serving in multiple leadership roles, including CFO, CEO, and now CSO. I’ve also stepped in as interim COO and CRO, each role giving me the opportunity to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, growth, and excellence. Outside of my professional roles, I’m deeply committed to giving back. I serve on the boards of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Clearly Filtered Inc. and am an active member of Convene, a community dedicated to leadership and organizational development. My core values—wisdom, integrity, and perseverance—guide my work and relationships. I’m driven by a mission to help others thrive, both personally and professionally, and I believe that true success comes from empowering those around us to reach their full potential.
