I’m on a mission to help Brand owners grow faster and more profitably on Amazon and other eCommerce channels. As the opportunities in this industry continue to expand, there’s no shortage of challenges and complexities that Brands need to handle. When it comes to Demand Generation, the landscape, particularly in the US, is more complex and competitive than ever before. Just to name a few: - Adoption of AI technologies to streamline content creation and processes - Costs of Paid Advertising are increasing. - More foreign Sellers that don’t play by Amazon’s Terms of Service rules continue hacking the A9 Ranking Algorithm. - Competition from Brand Aggregators with large internal and specialized teams. Since I started my journey as a Seller, and now as a seasoned Exec, I continue to be amazed by the mix of technical and soft skills that are needed to create winning strategies and build successful and motivated teams. I’ve managed the full lifecycle of Ranking Campaigns, from the intricacies of Seller Central, to driving external traffic, to boosting highly competitive products to the top of Page 1. I’ve loved EVERY MINUTE of the now thousands of hours of advanced training, Masterminds, and Conferences in which I continue to participate to stay current with the ever-changing skills needed to succeed in this space. It’s a thrill being able to browse Amazon to reverse engineer the demand drivers of leading brands. From product differentiation via images storytelling, copywriting angles, and keywords strategy…to acquisition funnels and paid advertising tactics. Succeeding on Amazon is key for any brand that wants to expand from e-Commerce into Retail channels, and/or for a possible exit with high valuation multiples due to the potential growth and other assets they developed, such as lists of raving Customers they own.
