Beyond training, Henry serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic counsel on recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and workforce development. He is also the Senior Vice President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and an Executive Board Member of an HR nonprofit, where he advocates for veterans and HR excellence.
