With over 25 years of experience in human resources, training, and leadership development, Henry is a seasoned HR and Training leader dedicated to building strong workplace cultures and driving organizational success. Henry served 21 years in the United States Air Force, where he held leadership positions in training and human resources. His military career provided him with invaluable expertise in talent development, workforce planning, and organizational leadership—skills that seamlessly transitioned into the civilian sector. Currently, Henry leads the HR and training functions for a nationwide financial services company, overseeing hiring strategies, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. His industry experience spans the military, education, financial services, oil and gas, and healthcare sectors. He specializes in designing and delivering impactful learning programs—ranging from instructor-led training to advanced e-learning solutions—that align with business objectives and enhance performance and retention. Beyond training, Henry serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic counsel on recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and workforce development. He is also the Senior Vice President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and an Executive Board Member of an HR nonprofit, where he advocates for veterans and HR excellence. In his spare time, Henry enjoys spending time with his family, shooting at the range, going to the beach and mentoring transitioning veterans, helping them navigate their career paths after military service.
